Anja Marzuillo

Anja also brings her most recent experience as a board member of the network organization of Germany‘s major retail banks, as Managing Director of a top international bank, and at a global logistics company. With further extensive consulting experience in large and medium-size companies, as well as listed trading and logistics companies.

She has filled board and top management functions, created value-added designs and implemented complex transformational programs, post-merger integration processes and realignment of human resources agendas and remuneration strategies in many different industries. Anja is a trained executive coach and certified HOGAN Assessor and has built an international network in advising boards and senior management in different sectors. She serves as a member of several advisory boards and supports young academics and leaders through her work as a lecturer and mentor at several universities, such as the University of St. Gallen.

German national, she studied law at the universities of Bonn and Durham (UK), graduating as a fully qualified lawyer specialised in Employment Law.  She has completed the Senior Management Program at ESMT (Berlin).
