Martin Schubert

He mainly works for multi-national companies where he executes senior level assignments across a variety of functional areas, but with a strong focus on general management and sales, as well as on supply chain management and operations. He also conducts leadership assignments for international corporations, large family enterprises and private equity portfolio companies, mainly in the industrial sector.

Before joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Martin was a Senior Client Partner in the Frankfurt office of a leading global executive search company, where he was responsible for leading the Supply Chain Center of Excellence for Europe.

Prior to entering the executive search profession, Martin had a career in strategy consulting with A.T. Kearney Management Consulting where he led many merger and restructuring projects in the industrial sector.

He started his career in Robert Bosch GmbH, as a management trainee and management assistant to a board member. He then moved to Bosch Japan, where he was marketing and deputy sales director.

Martin earned a Master’s degree in business administration at Westfalische Wilhelms University, Münster, Germany.
