Monika Stoiber

Monika specializes in searches for clients in the Industrial sector, including manufacturing industries, energy and infrastructure, logistics, supply chain and operations roles in general. She has vast experience in C-level searches for international companies as well as medium-sized family businesses and private equity portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Monika worked for another Executive Search & Talent Consulting Firm for eight years. Monika started her career in strategic management consulting where she worked for two leading companies for 20 years with strong international exposure.

She gained experience working across Europe, The Americas, Central Asia and North Africa.

Austrian national graduated in Business Administration from the University of Economics and Business Administration in Vienna.

She has been living in Italy since 1999.
