Paola Calderini

Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Paola gained more than 20 years’ experience in global executive search within renowned firms.

She spent eight years at Key2People, the leading Italian executive search company, as a Partner and Practice Leader for the fashion and luxury goods sector, responsible for the set up and development of the practice for global and domestic assignments.

Prior to this she worked for 10 years in the Milan office of Russell Reynolds, where she participated in the creation of the Branded Apparel & Dedicated Retail Practice at an international level. She worked on projects in Italy and elsewhere in Europe for both Italian and non-Italian clients.

In her earlier career, she worked as a lecturer with the professorship for Industrial Psychology at the University of Trieste.

An Italian national, Paola holds a degree in Political Science with an Economics specialisation from the Università degli Studi di Trieste. She also attended a post graduate program in Human Resources Development at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
