Pierre Fel

He has spent over 16 years working with leadership teams and boards across Europe and Asia; from helping find great talent to supporting leaders through challenging times and career transitions. He partners with clients to deliver solutions on Executive Search, Team Effectiveness, Succession Planning, On boarding, Off boarding and Executive Coaching.

Before joining Eric Salmon, Pierre was part of the Financial Services team in Asia for Heidrick & Struggles and other financial services boutiques both in Europe and Asia.

Educated in the UK, Pierre attended the University of Edinburgh and Taiwan Normal University. He is bilingual in French and English, and conversant in Italian and Mandarin. He is an ICF certified executive coach, a qigong teacher, an avid meditation practitioner and is qualified in a number of leading psychometric tools, including the Leadership Circle, Hogan and the Enneagram.
