Sebastian is a dedicated Engagement Manager, overseeing the comprehensive research and execution of mandates across Europe. He works closely on both national and international senior-level search assignments for multinational clients across diverse industries, including Wholesale, Trade & Retail, Industrial, and Consumer sectors. Sebastian specializes in roles within General Management, as well as commercial and operational functions. Additionally, he holds a PI Index Leadership and Management Certification.

Before joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Sebastian gained extensive experience as an Account Manager and Consultant in both medium-sized enterprises and large corporate settings. During this time, he honed his skills in sales and strategy consulting, with a particular emphasis on “Sales Excellence.” Most recently, he spearheaded central digitalization and sustainability initiatives at a leading building materials manufacturer, focusing on developing strategies to achieve climate neutrality.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Sebastian has a distinguished background in field hockey, having competed in the Bundesliga for many years. His notable achievements include three German championship titles, a Euro Hockey League (EHL) victory, and a European Indoor Club Cup win.

Sebastian holds a degree in Marketing and Communication, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
