Her industry coverage includes: Industrial, Consumer & Retail, Technology & Telecommunication, Utilities & Energy, Construction & Infrastructures sectors. She has also developed a significant expertise on Staff functions, (mainly on AFC area, legal & information technology) and top management positions.

Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Simona worked with leading executive search firms in Milan.

She holds a degree in Corporate Communication & Public Relations from IULM University.
