Sophie Landale

She has extensive experience both in France and internationally in conducting general management and senior level executive search and assessments. A long-term trusted advisor to her clients, she focuses on talent management and building high performing leadership teams. She works with her clients to provide talent solutions to address next generation leadership and transformational challenges.

Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Sophie worked at Heidrick & Struggles, where she worked across the real estate and financial services sector. Latterly she led both the French and European Real Estate Practice. Her track record in executive search and leadership consulting spans more than 15 years and her clients include a variety of financial institutions, real estate investors, developers and advisers.

Sophie started her career in Moscow working in the marketing department of a large multinational before joining Alexander Mann, based between Moscow and London.

Sophie is a British/Australian national and graduated from Bristol University with a Joint Honors Degree in Russian and Politics.
