Waike's industry expertise spans the Industrial sector, with a particular emphasis on Energy. She specializes in roles across General Management, commercial, and operational functions, with a dedicated focus on Sustainability, Operations, and Supply Chain Management.
In addition to her executive search expertise, Waike actively contributes to leadership advisory assignments.
