She has successfully managed numerous national and international senior-level search assignments for a diverse range of companies, from multinational corporations to small and mid-sized enterprises, as well as private equity portfolio companies. Waike's industry expertise spans across Industrial and Life Sciences, with a particular emphasis on the Energy sector. She specializes in commercial and operational roles, General Management, and has a dedicated focus on Sustainability functions.
In addition to her executive search expertise, Waike actively contributes to leadership advisory assignments.
